In this podcast Dr Chatterjee chats to Zoe of Motherkind about his latest book “Feel Great Lose Weight” which is all about the relationship we have with food and why weight loss is so much more than just what we eat and how much exercise we do. There are many more factors involved: sleep, stress, emotional eating, when we eat and whether we’re eating whole, unprocessed foods. This is a fabulous book and has much in it that is useful for all kinds of habits we might have that we use to mask the other issues going on in our lives.
