These appointments are for you if you need more support with your health, rather than a one-off bespoke product and includes bespoke aromatherapy and lifestyle advice.

Essential oil therapy isn’t just a nice aroma. The power of plants can be harnessed to create a bespoke programme just for you to help with whatever you need in your life right now if you need support for a long term health issue. The list of therapeutic properties that botanicals have is extensive – some are anti-catarrhal or muscle relaxing, skin healing or anti-spasmodic. A wide range of ingredients are used from essential oils, hydrolats, vegetable oils, butters, waxes, salts, gels and there are many applications in which aromatherapy can be used: massage oils, a bath oil/salts, in a diffuser, a personal inhaler, a spray, in a cream, or on a compress.

Aromatherapy holistic treatments can be highly effective for stress, anxiety, depression, pain, sprains & strains, hormonal imbalance and many associated symptoms such as insomnia, IBS, headaches and migraines promoting relaxation, improved mood and sleep. The holistic approach ensures that an appropriate treatment with the right essential oils is selected for the individual.

  • Cost of products supplied will depend on cost of ingredients and number of products provided. Prices start at £15 plus postage.
  • COST: £60 plus cost of products
NEW CLIENT CLINICAL AROMATHERAPY APPT.

2. Follow-up Clinical Aromatherapy – 2nd/subsequent appt.

The appointment includes the following:

  • 30 minute update
  • Updated plan with lifestyle suggestions.
  • Email support x 1
  • Cost of products supplied will depend on cost of ingredients and number of products provided. Prices start at £15 plus postage.
  • COST: £30 plus products
